Been coming to the store for over a year all of the staff is incredible the owner or guy in charge paulito is the biggest detriment to this business I spend a lot of money here I also sell all of my old phones and all of my electronics here brought in a PlayStation 5 with a 1 TB extended hard drive was given a lowball offer considering the extra attachment I was in a spot where I really needed cash and they knew this and they knew this I was told that if I wanted to accept their price I could remove my external hard drive and take it with me I signed the paperwork under that assumption and then when I tried to do what they suggested and told me I could do they told me that I was not allowed to do it and that I could either take the money or I could leave for a customer who has been loyal and spent thousands of dollars and also sold them hundreds of dollars worth of electronics to do this over essentially what was 30 extra dollars or just giving me the extra peripheral back after they told me I could and then not allowing me to shows what breed and lack of business Acumen this place has it's a shame because the rest of the staff are awesome people but the guy paulito charged not a g

King of kings, I bought a ps5 there,he took my number down and called me the next day to say they had one for sale,I went right down,excellent customer service,great price,not one negative thing to say about them,will definitely go back

Took my cell to be fix screen broken was ""fix"" next day phone overheating,not charging and glitching took it twice for the same reason 2nd time the phone overheat so bad the the screen crack from the inside, took it ba k and now they want to change me $75 more to fix a problem that it was never fix in the first place....Don't trust them, there not honest ppl. I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AT ALL,NEITHER RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!

We had a wonderful experience at King of Kings. I needed a new phone, Louis was so helpful and patient. No high pressure sales, I told him what I was interested in and he gave me my options. Louis was very knowledgeable and professional. Dealing with our provider on the phone making the switch was a nightmare but Louis took care of everything for us. When we left my new phone was working and we had a new provider. They have a huge selection of phones, accessories and much better prices. The personal one on one service was worth it. Thank you.

They didn't have the parts to do the job immediately but they did take the time out to fix it at another location to fix my brother's tablet with very good work. They're good at what they do.
